4. AI-Generated Content

Colorito uses artificial intelligence to generate coloring pages based on user selections (character, scene, costume, action). Important notes:

• Selections are generic options (e.g., "Unicorn," "Beach," "Superhero Cape")
• No personal information is used in image generation
• Generated images are stored locally on the device only
• We do not upload, store, or share children's created artwork on any server

5.1 Stability AI

• All artwork is stored locally on the device only
• We do not maintain user accounts
• We do not store any data that can identify children
• Technical data is encrypted in transit and at rest

7. Parental Controls

Colorito includes several safety features for parents:

• Parent Gate: A simple math problem prevents accidental purchases
• No Social Features: Children cannot communicate with others
• No External Links: Children cannot leave the app accidentally
• No Advertising: Free version has no third-party ads

8. COPPA Compliance

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do not collect personal information from children under 13
• We do not require registration or account creation
• Parental consent is obtained through app store purchase mechanisms
• Parents can contact us at any time with questions or concerns

• Device Data: Artwork saved locally remains until the user deletes it or uninstalls the app
